Company Development History

 In 2014, Shenzhen Chuanghuihong Investment Co., Ltd. was established, holding a 51% stake in Shenzhen Changxing Future Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., leading the company's daily operations and management.

 In 2015, invested in establishing Shenzhen Tongxing Yongyao Technology Co., Ltd., expanding into international sales markets.

 In 2022, invested in Dongguan Aile Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd., obtaining exclusive authorization for the production and sales of electric bicycle products by Shanghai Phoenix Group, enabling the company to achieve qualitative leaps in development.

 In 2023, expanded production and relocated to Huizhou, founded Huizhou Lianqiang Intelligent Technology, and opened a new chapter. After relocating, the company expanded rapidly again, increased production capacity, and achieved annual sales of 130 million yuan, becoming a major force in Huizhou's smart electric vehicle industry.

 In May 2025, Yiwu Yiyao Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. will be established in Zhejiang to expand into the cross-border B-end market, with a team of 12 key members. Targeting Alibaba International and China-made websites, the annual sales target is 200 million yuan.

 In May 2025, to meet the growing production capacity and respond to Yangxin County's investment promotion policies, Hubei Fengming Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Headquarters in Qianyang, Xinxian Development Zone, supporting hometown industrial development!

 In March 2026, the Lanxu Zhigu Technology Park (Phase 2) in Dongfeng Village, Xinwei Town, Huiyang District, Huizhou City, will invest in the construction of a 2,500㎡ E-bike production and exhibition experience center, serving as a frontline supporting sample and small-batch order production for Hubei companies.

Hubei Fengming Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. aims to respond to Yangxin County's "Industrial Strong County" strategy, extending the upstream and downstream industrial chain from Fengming Technology's local headquarters production plant (manufacturer of electric bicycles, electric scooters, and electric motorcycles). By building a highly automated, environmentally friendly shared factory for hardware forming and spraying, as well as packaging processing plants and an electronics technology company, we have formed a full-industry group enterprise focused on the production of E-bikes/scooters and electric motorcycles. While meeting its own supporting needs, it also fills the market gap in high-end hardware processing and green spraying in Yangxin and southeastern Hubei.
